Throughout the school year students and staff will work on promoting respect, responsibility, and safety throughout the building and playground.  The staff has worked hard on developing common expectations for all students, which will allow our building to develop an atmosphere of a caring community that promotes learning for all students.

The school will continue to the HEROES (Helping Everyone Respect Others Everyday at School).  This program brings students together across grade levels once a month for 35 minutes to develop friendships among students.  The groups will focus on building good character trait.  Each staff member will work with students throughout the school year to develop good character traits, while referring to our overarching expectations respect, responsibility, and safety.
